Day-of-Event Details

Address: History Colorado Center, 1200 Broadway, Denver, CO 80203

Parking: Parking recommendations include Art Hotel parking garage (in front of the History Colorado Center), Lincoln St Art Garage between 12th and 13th on Lincoln (behind HCC) – there is a ton of meter parking up and down Lincoln and Broadway. We also recommend using SpotHero parking app on your phone – you just type in where you’re going and it will show you all parking and garages close by with pricing as well and you can reserve from there.

Check-in: Please arrive by 9:45 am to check-in. Upon arrival to the History Colorado Center, please follow the signs to the Colorado Room for check-in. Nothing specific is required for check-in, as long as you have already registered.

Agenda: Please arrive by 9:45 to check-in, the Keynote session will kick off at 10:00am. Feel free to review the agenda, as well.

Note: If you have the ability bring a laptop with access to your district's website, bring it with you to the event so you can follow along and make website updates as we go through the workshop. However, laptops are not required for the workshop.

Website Accessibility Workshop has designated a compliance officer for website disability-related accommodations. The compliance officer has received training in website accessibility and updates the site in accordance with those best practices. Contact our accessibility officer to report an issue.

In addition to testing with users with a wide range of disabilities and coding our website to WCAG standards, Website Accessibility Workshop regularly scans its website to ensure ongoing compliance, and makes timely changes to any inaccessible changes, if any are found.
